Who will be teaching my class?
Every class is led by a certified R&R Defense instructor from our team — each one trained to the same standard, so the experience is consistent no matter who’s in the room. Many sessions also feature a guest voice who opens or closes with reflections on family and community — details are shared as you get closer to your class date.
Do I need to be physically fit or have any prior training?
No. This workshop is designed for all fitness levels and zero prior training required. The physical components are adapted to every participant. What matters is showing up — not what you walked in knowing.
What should I wear?
For in-person classes: come as you are. The workshop takes place in a professional conference suite — no gym, no mats, no special attire required. Wear what you wore to work, what you wore to drop the kids off, or what you are most comfortable in. For online classes, just come as you are on camera — the skills work the same either way.
When will my class be scheduled?
We schedule new class dates on a rolling basis by location and format. Reserve your seat and we’ll notify you as soon as your class date is confirmed — reserving early helps us schedule sooner.
Where exactly is the workshop held?
You choose — Frisco, Plano, Dallas, or online. In-person classes are held at professional conference venues with free on-site parking; the exact address is confirmed when you reserve your seat and location. Online classes are hosted live over video, with the same instructors and the same materials. Full details and directions or a login link go out 48 hours before your class.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Full payment is required to reserve your seat and is non-refundable within 72 hours of a scheduled class. Payments may transfer to a future date with 5+ business days notice. R&R Defense reserves the right to reschedule with 48 hours notice and a full refund to all registered participants.
Can my employer, school, or organization pay for a group?
